As soon as u can support a family of 2 mouths and pay ur bills perhaps for 2, then u can love and marry a woman.

when ever he is physically and emotionally mature (usually as from 26yrs up), can raise a family, is financially stable/has a good job and is ready to commit and stick to one woman.

When he's able to make wise decisions,can take good care of his wife financially,emotionally,spiritually, and also when he's ready to commit totally to just ONE woman.....den he's ripe for marriage...
